Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Matrix AI Center LLC handles personal data when you use AI Matrix.

What we collect

Account details (name, email), the documents your organisation uploads or emails to us, and activity records needed for the audit trail and security.

How we use it

To provide the service: reading documents, running checks, showing results, sending approved data where you tell us to, billing and support.

Sub-processors

Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (document reading via the Claude API), Stripe (payments) and Postmark (email intake). Each processes data only to provide its part of the service.

Bank details

Bank account numbers found on invoices are not stored. We keep a one-way fingerprint and the last four digits to detect changes.

Retention

Documents are kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account closure, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
