Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AI Matrix, provided by Matrix AI Center LLC (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.

The service

AI Matrix reads business documents you provide, compares them against each other and your rules, and presents the results for human review. Results are aids to your own decisions. You remain responsible for approving payments and for the accuracy of your accounting records.

Your data

You own the documents and data you upload. You grant us the rights needed to store and process them to provide the service. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models.

Acceptable use

Do not upload documents you are not entitled to process, attempt to access other customers’ data, or disrupt the service.

Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Pilot fees are payable before the pilot starts.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
